Who Are The Truly Brave?

When a brave soul passes, we lay that season of bravery to rest -
Having served that body well, we remember their courage best.
The brave one lives what they teach with no fear that they will fail
And they forge forth with super-human strength even when their body is frail.

Courage and bravery cannot be bought - it is a gift that was earned
By a soul who lived their life in fearless service and truly learned
What high ideals and personal sacrifice have always personified.
When their contribution is history, their legacy is a raw, rare courage, undenied.
