When Comparing Yourself
It's practical to select a role model and choose their positives as your guide.
That can be a plus and help you today - and maybe even tomorrow - to decide.
It's not a good idea to compare yourself unfavorably, for you know,
We're all at different mileposts on the journey as we go.
It may prove more to your advantage to not compare yourself at all,
Because every human being is a composite of all they ever were, and a "call"
On that collection may not weight out in the best composite light.
It appears that you can pick and choose what you feel is your right.
We're ever in process of becoming, and our reach keeps reaching.
That is a universal criteria to ensure an eventual teaching!
You may elect some special person to use your example, but never forget,
No other is perfect, either, and this will establish your mindset.
