We're Always on Our Way

You can "act" all your life and never reveal who you really are.
The day finally will come when you, yourself, finally are
Faced with the reality of who you are, as you learned from day to day
How to build your "you" and how to really live from day to day.

Sometimes you may not ever recognize the real you,
For you have been so busy building "you" and portraying who
You deem yourself to be, in this multi-spin, you put it all together
And actually see and understand how you gathered

All the building blocks and built the best you could envision.
It is a lifetime accomplishment, and you will be improving with new decisions,
All the way. You're always on your way to be the best you can be.
It appears it's an ongoing task, working towards being my best "me."
