Two Disgruntled Souls

Have You Ever Noticed?

If you've ever heard or overheard two disgruntled souls
Who can't even seem to agree on which is north or south pole,
And that's about how far apart their reasoning appears.
But when there is a moral value or personal evaluation involved, your peers

Would be the witness to a certain fact that you may have overlooked:
The injured party in this situation will recall an earlier time when they undertook
The responsibility of making this relationship an equal opportunity for each
And it did not, at the time, seem an impossible possibility to reach.

But I'd like to mention another telling response to surface early on.
The "user" half of this duo is apt to talk real loud and in an authoritative tone.
The defender is talked over consistently and never ever allowed to be heard.
This is "User's" rule number one. They reason: "Who listens to a 'nerd'?"
