This Day, You Choose!

Each day we make some ordinary choices of many sorts -
Some may be mundane but others greet us in every port!
No matter how insignificant each project may appear,
In the final analysis, each choice made, writes this day of this year.

Sometimes the apparent gravity of the situation will speak
Of the importance of your choosing this direction, unique.
But other times, what appears just an everyday routine choice
May bring eventualities that you didn't even realize you voiced.

Always attempt to view the eventual outcome, even though
You realize you can never, ever really know
What circumstances of daily life will work their intrigue
And rewrite the story you had planned - the "big league."
