Thank You, Everyone

I thank you for your encouraging and inspiring response to my writings.
The words that I share, most everyone can relate to. I'm inviting
You to listen and maybe I can share a well known problem or an elusive solution.
We're all traveling through so much of that age-old pollution.

Since I've probably been here longer than most of you, I have a wider spectrum
From which to view my collection of memories - a lot of introspection.
I'm acutely aware that I'm still on my way - just been here a bit longer,
And seen a sizable chunk of what life throws at you. I still need to be stronger.

I've never kidded myself that I've met all that life has to dish out,
Not positive nor negative, but even so, I know what "lessons" are all about.
Even if I can't offer you a solution, you can say, "Well, she's made it through,"
And maybe that'll inspire some other to say, "If she can, then I can, too."
