No Validation Needed

Have you ever noticed how some people desire to own
The biggest and the best of all earthly things?
It seems a measuring method of how great they are, and I always wonder,
"If they were poor, would they feel they were 'less than'?" And we ponder.

If earthly goods are how we measure just how great we are -
That would suggest many under-privileged had no choice to be who they are.
The "less thans" learn, early on, that they are a part of all creation
And they don't need to live in a castle to be a princess. They need no validation.

Every little bit of life is their kingdom and they revel in its creation!
They have become aware of life in all its manifestations.
As this revelation of all living creatures becomes a part of us each,
Then we can truly feel fulfilled and understand that "being great" is well within our reach.
