Let's Break The Cycle

How do you deal with life's frustrations and pain?
In the average circumstances we all can manage and remain
Capable of coping and feeling quite secure with what life deals,
Working out solutions while expressing what we feel.

Not every childhood "lifetime" will be so wonderfully blessed
To teach us what life is really all about. Not obsessed
With the dark side and abuse of those who hate,
Not just you but all of life and they simply revel in and can not wait

To vent their frustrations on the vulnerable ones nearby
To completely crush, debase and then to absolutely deny.
And if there is some version given, you'd never recognize
It as the version you just experienced. Why?

I sincerely hope you have no such excess baggage lurking inside,
Blocking out whatever sunshine is attempting to abide.
How many generations have handed down this character aberration?
Let's educate and break this destructive cycle now, for our future generations.

There is one unfailing answer to this situation. That is the love born of the spirit but those who do not have it do not know where or how to find it. It does not come naturally to them. If they never realize what is missing, they may never know there is something better unless they have some help. But to some, the thought of "help" denotes they're lacking, and they rarely ever admit that.
