Home Is Where

Home is  the whole world to a baby, their source of sustenance, their everything.
Subconsciously, they are  aware of the atmosphere. When  Mother sings
It introduces another world of "happy" to their little soul
That bonds Mother and child forever, even when the baby is old.

This atmosphere lays the foundation for every emotional bond henceforth.
That will hold throughout the lives of both.
Home and love are the first basic security embedded early, as an instinct.
When the foundation's secure, you never worry that the bond will become extinct.

Home is also where your child learns to view life with a sense of humor,
To have the ability to see the irony of life's idea of humor.
When that ability is mastered, you see life with a softer sigh.
Life's load seems less heavy and its far better to laugh than to cry.

Home is our launching pad, and lucky are the ones who get a good start,
But whether we do or we don't, we just take whatever we get,
What we inherently brought to this unfamiliar place,
And stumble along, wondering and scared, with a question on our face.
