Heart To Heart

Don't you wish you could have miraculously been
There the night the great promise was fulfilled:
Joseph and Mary and little Baby Jesus found a place
To deliver God's Son born in flesh, heaven's light upon His face?

I would have comforted the Father and Mother
And held little Baby Jesus like no other.
Feeling heaven in my arms, a precious memory for forever.
Our salvation born that night to never ever

Be forgotten forever more. A prophesied event
That has and ever will remain alive as it was meant.
I cannot go back and cradle Jesus to my heart
But He is cradled safely within "my joyous and welcoming heart."
