Accept Your Rightful Blame

None of us is perfect! We were not born that way nor will we ever be.
Idealistic people try to give their best but some just find fault and can not see
Or make allowances for human frailties. They can see in only one direction,
And that doesn't take into consideration that we all fall short of perfection.

We use the stones that are cast upon us for our mistakes
And use them for stepping stones to pick our path through the debris and the fakes.
If you learn from a poor choice you made in your search
Then you've learned something you might have missed in church.

Beware the stone throwers, too, for they seldom see their own problems - not at all -
Too busy throwing rocks at you to see their own mistakes; that's their call.
Just refuse to accept this "shame" they so shamelessly dump on you,
But profit from your mistakes and become a new, revised "You."
